This 10.1" monitor for under 37 euros is worth a mention because it has HDMI, VGA, BNC, and 2 AV inputs, and even the cables for them.
Plus built-in stereo speakers, and IR remote control.
It has a mains adapter, but can also be used in a 12v vehicle.
It could be connected to Annex VGA, multiple CCTV cameras, laptop or computer... all at the same time, using the supplied IR remote control to select between inputs (or use Annex IR to select).

Took less than a week to arrive, is exactly as described, and everything I've tried (VGA, AV, HDMI, IR) works perfectly, I am very pleased with it.
