I can certainly accept that it won't work in Annex (and it only had me baffled for a short while), but .9 is a valid number on every calculator and in every spreadsheet program that I know of, and in all the math I ever learned.

I remember already discussed on that subject in the past. Anyway, the leading zero is mandatory in Annex
