still dont know about the LED on tho' hope it don't burn out

The led is full bright because this pin is used for the CS signal for the SDCARD.
You certainly flashed the Annex32 firmware instead of the AnnexCAM firmware that maps the right pins and enable the use of the camera.

I flash an ESP32 CAM and i install a SD CARD (8 Mb).
To write in a file, it's possible to make the difference from the RAM of the ESP 32 and the RAM of the SD CARD ?

When the SDCARD is installed, the files are always written in the SDCARD as the internal flash is disabled
