Tried (several times) to update an ESP32-8048S070C from 1.52.1 to 1.53.7 using OTA
The process runs to completion OK and states complete.
However, the firmware reamains at 1.52.1 with none of the new features.
Does this module support the latest firmware or am I doing something wrong?

Hi BeanieBots,
did you update the flasher from 1.8 to version 1.9? I had a similar issue with ESP32 pico ... and Francesco solved this by the new version, which has to be flashed in its very own partition sadly via the serial line. [Local Link Removed for Guests]
