This gets the mind racing... such as the interesting possibility of Annex client and Linux server on the same chip.

Oh gawd, looks like I'm eating sandwiches for the next few days !
Can you give me the link you used please, and what one you selected if there are options, so I can be sure to get exactly the same one as you.

Wait a little bit, this device is a contently different beast, many time to spend for me before doing something really useful[Local Link Removed for Guests] wrote: [Local Link Removed for Guests]Sun Jun 02, 2024 5:15 pm Oh gawd, looks like I'm eating sandwiches for the next few days !

Ok, but want to get one before demand puts it out of my price range, like Epaper.
Annex will eventually just be a bonus, cos the chip can already run linux anyway, so can be usefull as mqtt server, or ftp server etc.

Re: Arduino and Linux on the same chip !
I knew 'Sods Law' would ensure I got the wrong one, so I went on the assumption that 'biggest is best' (that's what the girls say), thinking that would be the safest bet. and It looked similar to the one the 'Swiss Gentleman with the Funny Accent' was holding.
Only worked out at 13 euros for the full shebang, so not too worried (I've had many much bigger wastages than that).
I don't expect to get an opportunity to play with it any time soon, but I wanted it available if and when I do get the opportunity.
