For the annex.css: I had intermediately made the try to manually load the wrong file annex.css instead of annex32.css .

But when starting the editor-page my firefox and Chrome say that seems to be a question of the annex32.css file being not delivered because of
" Referrer Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin" at the server side

I also saw the same thing as PeterN.
The colors can be adjusted, but the colors of the functions, commands and comments are not colored. However, the string colors and the arithmetic operators. By placing an empty file with annex32.css in the home directory it should be standard again, which is not the case for the basic commands. It occurs with FireFox and Chrome. Flashed with Annex ToolKit 1.22 and AnnexToolkit multiplatform 1.1.
Not colored the basic keywords (purple) and commands (blue) and comments (yellow-green) and " " functions (orange-yellow). However, the strings of functions (orange) and arithmetic functions (red) and the numerical functions (pink) have the correct colors in 1.52.7 with an empty file annex32.css in the base folder.
But there is certainly no rush. There are plenty of stable versions released to get you started.
