Hi
what would be the process to get a much larger display supported?
something like the RA8875 7 inch or maybe a 8876 10 inch
This is just a thought - havent decided on the size etc but just looking for the process and requirements
assuming that it has to be SPI any other requirements would be apprciated.
And yes - if you need a sample display to do this I will gladly provide it free of charge for you to keep.

Re: Support for a larger display
HI mattybaus60,
yes it could be a interesting the support for this display in the ESP32.
At first glance, it seems quite easy to interface (in SPI or even in I2C) as it is provided with a kind of 2D accelerator.
The integrated touch controller seems to be the weakest point but many displays seems to provide an additional capacitive controller

Re: Support for a larger display
mattybaus60, can you tell me if you know of any stores that ship to other countries and where the 10 "displays with RA8876 Controller cost less than US $ 100?
Thanks.
Thanks.
