I'm not sure the file size limitation would allow much of a vid to be posted.
But you could post links to external videos on, eg: on your google drive, youtube, or LBRY

Hi Zim,
the default setting is done taking into account that the forum can grow in size exponentially.
This is particularly true if there are big images / attachments and videos.
So the best is to host videos / big images / big ZIP on alternative places and just share the links.
