A question here: is Annex32 fast enough to run the PAL TV?

Ok, more questions: is Annex32-CAM set up for the simulator; or the D1 Mini ESP32 board?

The ESP32 can create a video out, there are several projects that enable that but annex32 do not includes them

Both modules are simply esp32, so you can simulate them using the standard ESP32

Ah, right, thanks. The ESP32 image won't match the hardware you want to use, but as long as the pin numbers are right, it will work.
