Hello all.
I want to buy a Lora Heltec Module but nowadays the version is V3 instead V2 as I have seen in the manuals.
The Lora chip now is SX1262, is it fully compatible with Annex 1.48 ?

Very probably not, I think that the SX1272 and the SX1262 are not 100% compatible.
