ANNEX32_1.43.2 SPI.STOP

The ANNEX32 change log mentioned the new function SPI.STOP
But there seems to be no entry for this in the ANNEX32-Doku [Local Link Removed for Guests]SPI functions
Implemented SPI.STOP to recover the full control on the SPI I/O pins
Fixed the CS automatic management
Improved SPI.SETUP
