Is there a way to shut off watchdog timer?

I am "mobile" at the moment, ....
but my onboard memory says : "option.wdt"

From the help file :

OPTION.WDT time
Define the time for the Watchdog timer.
If the WDT is not reset regularly with the command OPTION.WDTRESET within the defined time, the module will reset automatically.
Setting time at 0, will disable the watchdog.
